 During this seminar we will explore the proper way to collect residential data for assessment purposes.  Both Assessment and Appraisal techniques will be discussed, with differences highlighted.  Specific topics of emphasis are: Condition, Quality of Construction (Grade) Residence Styles, Measurements, Story Heights and determination of Total Square Feet Of Living Area (SFLA).  Auxiliary structures and improvements will also be covered.  Bring your questions, problem properties and your calculator.​
