This one-day seminar is designed to provide assessors and appraisers with a complete understanding of the issues and methodologies pertaining to the assessing and appraising of vacant land. Theory, land type issues, sales data, highest and best use, commercial, waterfront, and forest land types will be discussed. Version 4 valuation, including land schedules and tables, will be developed. Bring your questions, problem properties, and your calculator.
