This one-day seminar introduces the fundamentals of residential mass appraisal modeling for property assessment using RPSV4. Participants will learn how to delineate neighborhoods, set up land tables, create and manage property PIDs, and build valuation models using sales data and property characteristics. The one-day seminar also covers sales ratio analysis, model testing, and techniques for refining models to ensure fair and equitable residential property valuations.
Continuing Education Hours / Re-Certification Credits
Eligible assessors and county directors who attend will receive education credit and reimbursement from ORPTS, pursuant to their rules.
