Golf Course Properties are unusual and different from most property types; they are recreational facilities, with various levels of structures and infrastructure to the land. They often sell with personal property and business. Private clubs will often provide benefits to their members and may not be businesses that are expected to make a profit.

Understanding the complexities of why and what these properties sell for is challenging for Real Estate professionals of all kinds, including Assessors and Appraisers.

In this seminar, we will discuss the different types of golf courses. Why and to whom these properties sell, and what drives the market. These property types vary dramatically from opulent to meager facilities that are often functionally very specific to their use.

We will discuss case studies on the valuation approaches, including Sales, Income, and Cost methodologies. Looking at what things are considered as personal and real property.

This seminar is aimed at Assessors and Appraisers of all levels of experience.
