The Windrose on Hudson has reserved a block of rooms at the conference rate of $229.00 per night. Please create your reservation within this block. Please also note that the cutoff date is August 31, 2026, at which time the block rate will be closed and room rates will be subject to change. The hotel is not able to guarantee early check-in on the day of your arrival. Free parking is available onsite.

Please also remember that if your reservation is to be tax exempt, the hotel will need a signed copy of the tax exempt form presented to the reception desk at the time of check-in. 

If you are staying at the hotel, you must purchase the full meal package during the conference registration process.

Policies:

A credit card is required for this reservation.

If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.

At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Registration is open for the Wednesday afternoon golf tournament - September 30 at the Metropolis Country Club, 289 Dobbs Ferry Rd., White PLains, NY. Lunch provided at 12:30, shotgun at 1:00 p.m. Snacks, beer, and wine included. Prizes will be awarded.

$100 per person payable in advance. No checks or payments accepted the day of the tournament.
