Please join the New York State Assessors Association for an informative and timely webinar featuring updates on utility and special franchise assessment issues, wireless communications infrastructure valuation, New York State legislative developments, and upcoming educational opportunities.
The webinar will begin with a brief overview by Scott Shedler, IAO, discussing Roll Sections 5 and 6, including recent issues and trends impacting assessors throughout New York State.
Since 2009, Cell Tower Solutions has pioneered a proprietary reverse-engineering methodology that has made the company the nation’s leading independent source of objective data on wireless communications towers and equipment. Working with local government assessors and appraisers across the United States, they deliver accurate, field-verified inventories and build-cost data for carriers and tower owners nationwide. Combining decades of engineering expertise with a ground-up analysis approach, Cell Tower Solutions transforms complex infrastructure data into actionable intelligence. Their commitment to precision has produced guaranteed results and a 100% client success record in increasing both accuracy and revenue.
Following the presentation by Walt Woodard and the Cell Tower Solutions team, Maggie Alix and Scott Shedler, IAO, will provide an update on the New York State budget, legislative developments, and current NYSAA legislative initiatives affecting the assessment community.
The final segment — which many members have been eagerly awaiting — will feature Warren Wheeler, IAO providing a preview of the Cornell Summer Conference, including highlights of the outstanding educational programs and classes that will be offered this year.
We encourage all assessors, staff, and county directors to attend this important webinar.
