The Hotel Ithaca has reserved a block of rooms at the conference rate of $144.00 per night. Please also note that there is a cutoff date beginning on 6/19/2026, at which time the block rate will be closed and room rates will be subject to change. The hotel is not able to guarantee early check-in on the day of your arrival. Free parking is available onsite, with nearby garage parking validated for registered guests.

Please also remember that if your reservation is to be tax exempt, the hotel will need a signed copy of the tax exempt form presented to the reception desk at the time of check-in.
