Executive Board Meeting - September 23, 2026

This meeting is to discuss the annual meeting before our membership at the Windrose.  We will discuss the run of show, specifically, the reports that will be read before the membership in attendance.

In the past, we would hold this meeting an hour before the actual meeting.  Doing a preview before the event starts seems to have worked better.

As a reminder, every board member, will be presented with a copy of the annual meetings agenda at the head table before the meeting begins.  This is just to go over any last minute details and make sure everyone is on the same page.

Please make every effort you can to attend, this should not require a lot of time.  Thanks.
