NYSAA needs ALL HANDS ON DECK to oppose bill S8012/A8332. Bill S8012/A8332 passed both the NYS Assembly and the NYS Senate and will be delivered to the governor for her signature. This legislation will circumvent the court's decision that the solar and wind valuation model is unconstitutional. Click here to view S8012/A8332.
