Brief Job Description

The Town Assessor values property for taxation within the Town of Rossie and performs all other functions of an Assessor pursuant to the Real Property Tax Law. The Town Assessor attends town board meetings as needed and works with other department heads in town government to ensure compliance with the Real Property Tax Law and the Town of Rossie.
