| Brief Job Description | The Towns of Clarkson and Sweden are seeking a qualified individual to serve as Full-time Town Assessor in a shared-services arrangement. Responsibilities include: Valuation and assessment of real property in accordance with NYS Real Property Tax Law, Preparation and maintenance of annual assessment rolls, Administration of exemptions, Attendance at Board of Assessment Review hearings, Supervision of assessment staff and related duties. |
